Based on template, you can define any fields you need, including text, number, money, date time, dropdown selection, and even formulas based on different fields, which are often necessary. For example, total price = unit price multiplied by quantity. As shown in the image, you can define an inventory template that includes fields such as Barcode, SKU, Quantity, Price, Supplier, etc. You can also define an order template that includes Order ID, amount, and so on. Do the mobile app and web app provide exactly the same functionality?
The mobile app and the web app contain many of the same features. However, their focuses are different. The mobile app contains a barcode scanner, which is very useful for users who need to scan barcodes, scanning may not be so important in the web app. On the contrary, the web app provides batch data import, allowing you to easily add thousands of data. The web app also provides powerful report and chart design and presentation functions, which are not included in the mobile app due to their complexity.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We believe in providing flexibility to our customers, so there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. To cancel your subscription, Log into your account via web app, go to 'subscription' page on the right top corner, click on 'Cancel' button. Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You'll still have access to all features until the end of this period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months, and any data associated with your account will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
What does the free version include?
